How ProMaster uses your account and club information.
Who operates ProMaster
ProMaster is operated under the Margin name. For questions about your personal data, contact hello@marginapp.org.
Account and profile information
Creating an account sends your email and sign-in credentials securely to Supabase. ProMaster keeps sign-in tokens in the iOS Keychain; it does not save your password in the app. Your profile can include a name, optional gender and optional Badminton Ireland number and profile details.
Shared club data
Connected members share roster information, match scores, attendance, club notices and local club settings. An account is required to record scores or use personal stats. Public fixtures and events can be viewed without an account. There is no administrator role or membership approval.
Why the app uses this data
Account information provides sign-in and account recovery. Profiles identify players and personalise results. Match scores, attendance and club settings provide the shared club features you choose to use. Optional BI lookups retrieve published player records using the BI identifier you select.
Service providers and public sources
Cloudflare hosts these public support and privacy pages. Supabase hosts accounts and shared club data. Resend delivers verification and password-reset emails. Optional BI and Cork league lookups contact their public websites. Official grades and affiliations are read from the published BI source. The app also keeps dated local caches. ProMaster does not use advertising or tracking analytics and does not request health data for club features.
Your choices
Federation lookups and notifications are optional. You can edit your personal profile, change attendance and leave a club. Connecting a club shares club data with its connected members. Choosing a public BI profile does not prove ownership of that identity.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while the account is active. Settings → Account → Delete account removes the account identity, account profile, memberships, attendance and notices associated with that account from the active service. Shared club match records remain available to connected members. Externally published BI records are controlled by their publisher. Saved local history remains on your device until removed or the app is deleted. Service-provider backup retention is separate; contact hello@marginapp.org for the current retention details.
Access, correction and privacy requests
Contact hello@marginapp.org to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask about processing and retention. Include only the details needed to identify the request. Never send passwords, verification links or access tokens. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Independent app and external information
ProMaster is an independent app and is not affiliated with Badminton Ireland or Cork County Badminton Association. Open the attributed source to confirm current grades, fixtures and results.
